What can I grow?
Micro greens

Radish micro greens
With a peppery taste, a great crunch and yields that will amaze you, you'll want to have radish greens growing all the time.
Pea shoots
With the succulent flavour of fresh spring peas, pea shoots are versatile, tasty, very high yielding and reliable. You will want to have pea shoots always growing on your Home Farm. Although fantastic in a salad mix or as a sandwich topper, they're also great in soups, an omelette or stir fry.

Brassicas
Micro greens like broccoli, rapini and red cabbage are all members of the brassica family. They don't yield as much as radish or peas, but their texture, taste and nutritional value make up for it. They make a fantastic addition to a micro greens mix.

Sunflower shoots
High in protein and heavy yielding, these shoots have a dense texture and a unique, slightly nutty flavour. Fantastic in stir-frys.

Wheat grass
Green smoothie super food
Leafy Greens
Lettuce
Leaf lettuce grows beautifully indoors, and is always a crowd pleaser. An additional benefit is that it can be cut more than once.

Mizuna
Mild flavoured mustard green. I'ts upward growing habit makes it particularly well suited to indoor growing.

Russian red & green kale
Tasty & nutritious, and grows well indoors.
Fresh herbs
Cilantro

Dill

Basil
& Lots More.
