Pan fried beets with caramelized garlic & micro greens



Ingredients

2 or 3 beets (or more) sliced
Half a bulb of Russian red garlic
(smashed and diced)
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash beets and slice
Heat a pan with some olive oil and butter
Add garlic, beets and toss a few times to coat
Add a little water and cover
Toss beets a couple of times, add more water if necessary
Salt and pepper to taste & serve!
 
Serve with micro greens. (of course!)
