Hi, I'm Jamie Creskey, and as an organic vegetable farmer for over a decade selling my produce at The Ottawa Farmers' Market and a CSA program, I wanted everyone to have access to same kind of food that I do, year round. 

What I came to realize is that with the right tools and knowledge, anyone can become salad self-sufficient.  In a very small space, and for very little money and time, anyone can grow fresh, nutritious, organic salad greens right at home, year round.
