Fettuccine Alfredo with pea shoots

Preparation

Before serving, just put your sauce in a blender with a couple of handfuls of pea shoots.  The sauce turns a bright green and carries that delicate spring pea flavour.  Also gives this meal a real nutritional boost!

 

Serve with a micro greens garnish of course!
