Home Farm includes everything you need to become your own greens farmer:
• A grow shelf which takes up as little as 12" x 24" of space in your home. Micro greens can also be grown on the counter or on a window sill.
• All the supplies and tools you will need to grow nutritious greens every week. Some varieties are ready for harvest in as little as 10 days.
• Automatic watering system is included.
• Seed and soil is pre-mixed and ready for easy planting.

Key benefits of growing under lights
Micro greens can be grown in front of a window, or even outdoors in the warmer months, but there are many benefits of growing under lights:
• You can stack the trays so that they do not take up as much space.
• Your growing can be done in the basement, laundry room, or other out-of-the way place.
• Plants growing under lights will not be subjected to the swings in temperature that result from being in front of a window. This promotes even, consistent growth.
• Plants use much less much water under lights, compared to when subjected to strong Sun during the spring and summer months. This makes it easy to grow greens even in the hottest months of the year.
• Faster and more consistent production.
• Leafy greens and herbs can be grown anytime of the year, even when daylight hours are low.
